You don’t need to upload any documents initially. After onboarding, we verify your official company email and registration details to confirm you are the responsible person.
How long does it take to appoint an EU Authorised Representative?
Onboarding takes less than 5 minutes. Once your company details are submitted, we usually verify and activate your EU AR status within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, UK time).
What is meant by "Product"? Is it the same as an SKU?
Not exactly. You can group similar SKUs as one product only if they share the same material, manufacturing process, function, risk profile, and regulatory standards. Otherwise, they count as separate products.
Can I appoint only an EU Rep or UK Rep?
Yes. Our base plans include EU Rep (Ireland address). You can add UK Rep (London address) for just £200/year extra if needed.
