This disclaimer applies to euverify.com, app.euverify.com, gdpr.euverify.com and shop.euverify.com and to the guides, tools and services made available through them by Euverify Ltd (England and Wales, company number 16146525) and Euverify Limited (Ireland, company number 781168). It forms part of our Website and Platform Terms.
1. Not advice
Euverify is not a law firm, a regulatory consultancy, a notified body, an approved body, a testing laboratory or a certification body. Nothing on our websites or platforms, in our guides, checklists, legislation and standards lists, comparison pages, blog posts, reviews or correspondence is legal, regulatory, technical or compliance advice, and none of it is a substitute for advice on your specific products and circumstances. Obtain your own professional advice.
2. Representation is not a compliance statement
When we act as authorised representative, responsible person or GDPR Article 27 representative, we perform the tasks set out in the signed agreement and the law. Before accepting a product for representation we check that the documents we require are present and appear complete. We do not test or examine products, we do not verify the accuracy, authenticity or sufficiency of documents, and we do not assess whether a product complies with the law. A product shown on our platform as “Documentation Complete” or “Accepted for Representation” has been accepted for representation on the basis of the documents supplied; that status is not a statement that the product is compliant or safe. Responsibility for the safety and compliance of a product rests with its manufacturer.
3. Platform tools and AI-assisted outputs
Our declaration generator, label tools, record-of-processing builder and similar features assemble documents from the information you enter and select. The resulting documents are yours; you must verify and, where required, sign them, and you are responsible for their content. We use AI-assisted tools to help review and classify documents and to support our services; their outputs may contain errors and must be verified before use. We do not use your documents or data to train AI models.
4. Accuracy of published information
We work to keep the information on our websites accurate and current, but legislation, standards and guidance change frequently and we do not warrant that any information is complete, accurate or up to date. Product examples, pricing categories and risk classifications on our websites are indicative; the classification of your product is determined during our review and under the applicable agreement.
5. Third-party content and links
Our websites contain links to third-party websites, marketplaces, regulatory portals and standards bodies. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or availability.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on information published on our websites or generated by our tools. Our liability for the services we provide under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement; our liability for use of our websites and platforms is governed by our Website and Platform Terms. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

This disclaimer is governed by the law of England and Wales.
